Euro-Atlantic Café- Russia: Can We Re-energize Our Partnership?

The Centre for Euro-Atlantic Integration and Democracy (CEID) launched a series of discussions about current issues of Hungarian and US foreign policy, supported by the Embassy of the United States in Hungary and the Pallas Athene Geopolitical Foundation (PAGEO). We aim to discuss different foreign policy strategies, help understand their background and identify common interests of the two countries. Our purpose is to organize constructive and open debates on foreign and security policy issues.

In our upcoming event, we will focus on our future relations with Russia, with  special emphasis on energy issues, security questions and global crises management.

Our guests are:
Matthew Bryza,  Nonresident Senior Fellow of the Atlantic Council of the United States, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia
Zsolt Németh, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Hungarian Parliament

The event will be moderated by: Edit Inotai, Senior Fellow, CEID

Date: 17:00-18:30, 24th May 2016
Venue: Aranytíz Kultúrház, Budapest, 1051 Arany János u. 10.
