Senior CEID fellow Edit Inotai and director Dániel Bartha contributed to Balkan Insight’s in-depth piece on the regional perspectives on the 100th anniversary of the Trianon peace treaty.
Ms Inotai co-authored the article, while Mr Bartha told BIRN that the pandemic had come in handy for the government, as it wanted to avoid fresh diplomatic rows with neighbouring countries.
“Relations are relatively consolidated with most countries of the region, and it would not be worth putting them at stake,” Bartha observed.
