20 Mar CSMP Ukraine 2015 in Budapest
In the framework of the 2015 Civil Servant Mobility Program (CSMP) supported by the International Visegrad Fund (IVF), 6 Ukrainian delegates visited Budapest in order to gain a deeper insight into the Hungarian governments’ strategies towards Small and Medium Enterprises.
The professional content of the program has been organized by CEID and the Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade. The general aim of the program was to approach these topics comprehensively and from as many different angles as possible. For this reason, eight public institutions have been incorporated in the program: Ministry of National Economy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of National Development Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency, Hungarian National Trading House, Exim Bank, the Hungarian National Bank, Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Small Business Development Institute of the Corvinus University of Budapest and the Design Terminal. In addition to these public institutions, the economic attaché of the German embassy introduced the role of German companies in Hungary.
According to a survey conducted by CEID, the participants found the overall program of the study trip both professionally and non-professionally satisfying and they expressed their eagerness to recommend it to other Ukrainian officials.
