9:10 – 10:40 The Development of Economic Relations Between V4 and Russia: Before and after Ukraine
Based on preliminary project findings, the roundtable will focus on the current state of economic relations between Russia and individual Visegrad countries. Moreover, it will highlight key changes and continuities in light of the conflict in Ukraine with regard to the state of trade linkages, energy initiatives and institutional mechanisms designed to foster economic cooperation.

11:00 – 12:30 Raising Awareness of Russia’s Influence Activities in Central Europe
The second roundtable will draw upon research undertaken within project framework that aims to better comprehend Kremlin’s regional approaches towards the Visegrad countries. It will focus on several discrete but related areas: cultural tools; activities of Russian embassies, policy community and research institutes; political tools including support for extremist groups; media and propaganda; or economic and financial tools.
