09 Aug The second annual Dwa Bratanki conference to be held in Budapest
Following the success of the first Hungarian-Polish foreign and security policy forum, CEID in cooperation with the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM) is organising Dwa Bratanki 2016.
Our definite aim is to create a new annual format, that enables the two nation to initiate discussion on foreign and security policy issues effecting the region. Every year we invite young experts from Poland and Hungary to provide them a forum to discuss our common interests and goals.
This year we will cover the following issues:
– The need of institutional reforms in the European Union
– Shaping the V4 agenda: the Polish and the Hungarian Presidency
– Defence cooperation following the NATO Summit in Warsaw
– Russia and the West: a Central European perspective
The event takes place on 8th of September, 2016 in the Polish Institute in Budapest. Due to the limited number of seats please register at noemi.matis@ceid.hu.
